About MobilizeMe

Established in October 2009, MobilizeMe, LLC is a Dallas-based company that creates customized mobile apps with TV-quality video, interactive click-throughs, instant polling and social media sharing capabilities. Powered by patent-pending Metranome technology, MobilizeMe apps currently are available for BlackBerry, iPhone and iPod touch and also will be available on the Android platform by early summer.

MobilizeMe LLC was formed by political and advocacy communications professional Allison Griffin and veteran producer Scott Wilson.

Allison Griffin

With nearly two decades of experience in local, state and national advocacy communications, Allison Griffin is the owner of Dallas-based Griffin Strategies, Inc., offering message development, media relations, issue advocacy, grassroots development and marketing for corporate, governmental and political clients. Griffin Strategies, Inc. also co-owns mobile app company MobilizeMe LLC.

While living in Austin, Ms. Griffin served as the Austin Director of Allyn & Company, a public relations, public affairs and political consulting firm. Previously, Ms. Griffin worked for the Texas Medical Association, where she served as media spokesman on numerous health and insurance issues and also coordinated statewide campaign and grassroots activities for the group’s political arm. Prior to that, Ms. Griffin handled media relations for the Texas Board of Criminal Justice and served as Texas Communications Director for the 1996 Dole-Kemp presidential campaign.

During a stint in the nation's capital, Ms. Griffin served as Director of the Republican National Committee's "Truth Squad," where she guided efforts to counterbalance campaign messages in nationwide news reports and coordinated the GOP’s official daily on-site media response during the 1996 Democratic National Convention. Prior to that, she spent three years as Press Secretary to U.S. Rep. Henry Bonilla (R-San Antonio), heading the Republican Communications Association and earning the distinction of being named a "Rising Star" among Capitol Hill staff members by National Journal. She also worked for U.S. Sen. Malcolm Wallop and interned for U.S. Sen. Alan Simpson and U.S. Rep. Craig Thomas, all Wyoming Republicans.

Ms. Griffin began her career at the Republican Party of Texas, where she served as Deputy to Executive Director Karen Hughes, assisting with media and public relations.

Ms. Griffin grew up in Casper, Wyoming and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in journalism and government. She lives in Dallas with her husband and their two children.

Scott Wilson

As Owner and Executive Producer for Spot On Productions, Scott has led and been involved with numerous projects for the marketplace, including TV spots, web site production, and TV production. Some of his clients have included ESPN, Cinemark Theaters, KERA-TV, Celebration Station and Chuck E. Cheese.

The diversity of his work has given Scott a tremendous backdrop and keen knowledge of how to shape a compelling narrative and how to highlight details and subtleties to help communicate the story.

Previously, Scott served as the Senior Broadcast Producer for Tracy Locke, a top advertising agency based in Dallas. While there, he managed the crew, budgets, execution and all other facets of production and played an integral role in the overall creative process of Tracy Locke’s ads. He produced three Telly Award-winning spots for Harrah’s Casino while assisting in tripling the production of TV/Radio spots in 2000 and 2001.

Scott also serves as a Project Manager for Church Media and Creative Director for First Baptist Wylie, his home church. He has a lovely wife and 3 great kids.
